The Problem
For most people, when they want to get a haircut at a barbershop, they are often lazy to queue to get their turn for service because sometimes it takes quite a long time.
Users & Audience
User & audience in this project are teenagers to adults.

Scope
I designed a flow login and registration, flow service booking.

Process
I use the framework to generate the appropriate product. I use design thinking that consists of empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and testing.
Research Plan
I’ll make a plan to make sure the project goes right, and make it easier to determine next steps.
Conduct the Research
I interviewed 5 participants via WhatApp for time and cost efficiency.
User Persona
After conducting the interview, I then created a user persona based on the 5 participants who had been interviewed. User personas are needed to identify more deeply who the potential users will be.

Usability Testing
I did a Usability test using by sharing a link to grub telegram.
Design Improvement
After analyzing the test results, I decided to change the design on the order page, the design changes are aimed at telling the user the price of each existing service.
